Clean and the staff was superfriendly. Family room included an electric kettle, a personal safe, and a work desk. The location was great and magnificent - ease of access to Etxebarria Park. It was situated close to a tube station.

We loved this place, it's charming small and quaint. The rooms are stylish and airy with a double bed as well as a nice balcony. The staff are supper friendly, managed the parking outside.

It was in a very central location, right in the historic area. Moreover, it's so close to the many lovely coffee shops in the old town, the old town-between Plaza Nueva and Las Siete Calles and pinchos bars and shops.
Unfortunately, there was no reception.

Our stay here was great, great place for exploring Bilbao. We have spent 7 days in family room with nice kitchen area to eat breakfast, large bathroom, a double bed. The staff was welcoming and the owner too.
We couldn't find reception.

The staff was excellent and accommodating - we would stay there again. Liked every detail about our perfectly pleasant 2 nights stay here. The location was unbeatable and amazing, for example, Market was within easy walking distance of the hotel. Besides, it was close to the old town, and the market. Everything seemed fine, clean.

The bedroom was spacious and the staff adorable. The window of my double room was facing cathedral. That was SURPRISING hotel set in excellent area. Breakfast was healthy and tasty; included bread, fruit, pastries, yoghourt and cheese. The pool was nice.

Everything was very clean. Central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were great. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Had nice dainties at Larralde, located right at the hotel.
